Refunds

Your year of Beside

Beside is $49.99, a one-time payment for one year of access. It never renews on its own. Purchases are final and aren't refunded automatically. We understand life can change, so Beside may refund a purchase case by case at our discretion (for example, in hardship such as pregnancy loss). Please write to contact@besidebirth.info. If a purchase is refunded, paid access ends.

Gifts

Unopened gifts can be refunded in full for up to one year after purchase. Unopened gifts never expire. Once a gift has been opened, it belongs to the person who received it.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
